01 — The collision

Two flavours that should not share a tube

Honey

Thick, floral, unhurried. It coats the back of the spoon and takes its time getting anywhere. On its own it is comfort food.

Wasabi

Sharp, green and completely gone in three seconds. It never really touches your tongue — it goes for the sinuses instead.

Apart they are two obvious ingredients. Together they last exactly as long as one bite — and you go back for the second one immediately.

HONABI with parmesan, blue cheese and micro herbs

Parmesan · blue · micro herbs

02 — Where it goes

Put it on everything

It was built for a cheeseboard. It did not stay there. The honey handles the salt, the wasabi cuts the fat, and the whole thing resets your mouth between bites.

03 — The format

No jar.
No spoon.

A 50 ml tube, because the last gram is the best gram and it should not die welded to the inside of a lid. Squeeze it straight onto the thing you are eating.
